How It Works

Application Process

Review Requirements

Read all vendor rules, regulations, and booth specifications before applying.

Applications Open Summer 2026

Sign up for our newsletter to be notified the moment applications go live.

Submit Application

Complete the online vendor application with your business details and booth type.

IV

Receive Confirmation

Approved vendors receive a confirmation with booth assignment and vendor packet.

Important

Rules & Regulations

Please read all rules carefully before submitting your application. Vendors who do not comply may be asked to leave without refund.

Setup & Teardown

  • Vendors must be fully set up 30 minutes before festival opening each day
  • Teardown must be completed within 2 hours of festival close
  • Early teardown during festival hours is not permitted

Booth Requirements

  • All booths must remain within their assigned 10×10 space
  • Booth structures must be weighted or staked — no exceptions
  • Generators permitted only with prior written approval

Food Vendor Rules

  • Valid Metro Nashville Health Permit required before setup
  • Proper food handling certifications required for all staff
  • Grease disposal must follow Metro Nashville regulations

General Conduct

  • Vendors must maintain a clean and professional booth at all times
  • Alcohol may not be sold by individual vendors
  • All vendors must carry general liability insurance ($1M minimum)

General Liability Insurance Required

All vendors must carry a minimum of $1,000,000 in general liability insurance and provide a certificate naming Nashville Oktoberfest as an additional insured prior to setup.
